NW Cryobank Sperm Donor Requirements
Basic Requirements for NW Cryobank Donors
- Between 19-38 years old
- In good health and within a normal BMI
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Now attending or have graduated from college. High school graduates may be considered with professional experience in lieu of a college degree.
NW Cryobank sperm donors live and/or attend school in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. They are bright, honest, highly motivated individuals with a variety of backgrounds. Many attend area universities pursuing their chosen field, while others are professionals working in industries such as medicine, law, physical science, or public service.
Potential sperm donors understand that meeting the basic requirements is just the first step in the process. Ultimately, acceptance into our donor program comes only after potential sperm donors meet the high standards set forth in our qualification process.
Our qualification process is extensive; potential donors should expect to submit to physical examinations that include screening for infectious disease, genetic screening, examination of family history, and further evaluations. Throughout the entire process, our donors will have the continued guidance of the NW Cryobank staff that will explain each step thoroughly and answer all questions.
Upon acceptance, those in the program will know that their sperm donation will change lives and make dreams of family a reality.
NW Cryobank welcomes donors with all types of ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds.
If you feel you have what it takes to be a Cryobank sperm donor, and live, work, or attend school near one of our donor processing locations, we encourage you to apply. It is not easy to be accepted into our sperm donor program, but well worth the effort!
